I cleaned Kathleen's house for several years, both when she lived in East Grand Rapids and then after she moved to her home near Lowell. I always liked her, and found her to be kind, cheerful, and friendly. She loved dogs, and especially loved her own dogs. I remember Sage, a dog she had in East Grand Rapids, who she loved a lot. She was a very special person, a great lady, and polite and gentle to everyone. She had an elegance about her that you don't see often. – Linda (Bush) Tarte

Our very deepest condolences to you all on the loss of a wonderful, spirited and beautiful woman. I attended high school with Kathleen and our parents were very good friends. It has been a joy for me to re-connect with her after so many years and to discover all the many things we loved and had in common. I will miss her smiling face, her warm conversation and her cheery greeting; "Hi, my friend!" Not a day will go by that I won't think about her. Love to all. Pam Whitaker

I am so saddened and shocked by Kathleen's sudden death. She had such good energy and a kind spirit. I knew her from years ago in East Grand Rapids. She was helpful, generous, gracious, had a servant's heart and always with a smile. God's speed dear one. Michele M. Robinson Honor, Michigan
