Obituary for Brenda Alberta Lewis (Massey)
Brenda Alberta Lewis, age 75 of Wellston, went to be with her Savior on Friday December 9, 2022, surrounded by her family.
She was born on December 23, 1946, the daughter of Daniel and Bertie (Hill) Massey. Brenda married Homer Lewis and they shared 60 years of marriage. Together they have three children, Charles Lewis, Tammy (James) Engwall, and Steve Lewis, all of Manistee County. Brenda has three grandchildren Alexis (Nate) Marklevitz, Ethan (Laura) Engwall, and Sadie Engwall; and two great-grandchildren Emerson Marklevitz and Castiel Engwall.
Brenda spent most of her life devoted to her family and caring for others outside of her home. She loved planting flower gardens and spending time outside.
She is survived by her husband, three children, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Brenda’s family would like to thank Hospice of Michigan for their care.
