Obituary for Kyle Aaron McDougall

With deepest sorrow we announce that Kyle Aaron McDougall, age 29, our most beloved Son, Brother, Father, and family member passed away suddenly on Thursday November 10, 2022.

Kyle was born in Manistee, Michigan and graduated from Manistee High School in 2011.

Although only 29 at the time of his death, Kyle affected many people in his lifetime. He was a loving fiancé, father, son, brother, grandson, and friend. His smile and laugh will never be forgotten. His passion and love for his family and friends will be forever missed. With Kyle, what you saw was always what you got with him and if you were lucky enough to be close to him, he was truly a genuine and loving person that would do anything for the ones he loved.

Kyle along with the love of his life, Kaylee Kaminski, have two boys, Brayden 10, and Colten 3, and are expecting their third child in June 2023. They were planning their wedding for August 26, 2023. Kyle loved his family more than anything and always took the extra time to play with his boys and teach them life skills. He spent hours with his father on projects and loved spending time being a grill master with him and coming up with new recipes.

Kyle loved his country and the outdoors. He was passionate about hunting and fishing and took every opportunity available to be in the woods or on the water with his family and friends. He spent hours training and working his dogs Mattis and Draco which brought him so much joy.

Kyle will be missed everyday by his parents, Craig and Krista McDougall and the late Aimee McDougall; his fiancé Kaylee Kaminski; children Brayden, Colten, and future baby McDougall; siblings Gabe McDougall, Spencer McDougall, Emily Miller, and Brady McGinnis; grandparents Pat McGinnis, Tom Raines and the late Robert McDougall; uncles Brian and Jake McGinnis; future in laws Carol, Andy, Megan, and the late Dan Kaminski, along with other relatives and friends that Kyle loved so much.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday November 18, 2022, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Oak Grove Funeral Home in Manistee and again on Saturday November 19, 2022, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00AM.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers Kyle’s family would appreciate donations to help with the care of his sons.
