William Ray Slade, Age 81 of Manistee died Monday, June 21, 2021 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

He was born on May 18, 1940 in Flint, Michigan the son of the late Raymond L. & Mary Jane (Lewis) Slade.

Survivors include his wife Connie Jean (Purdy) Slade, his children; Tawny Slade, William Slade, Jr., Brian Lee Slade, Joseph Slade, Shannon Slade, & Brant Slade. Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren also survive.
