Milla Anita Whitaker, Age 80 of Irons, Michigan died Friday, October 9, 2020 at the Manistee County Medical Care Facility in Manistee.

She was born on September 18, 1940 in Tupelo, Arkansas the daughter of the late Marell & Myarlee (Vickers) Keeter. Sher married Clifford Whitaker on November 15, 1966 at Whitmore Lake, Michigan. He preceded her in death on November 21, 2019

Milla was employed by Chrysler Motors for 32 years as a glass cutter. She loved to work outside in her flowers, bird watch, and spend time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter; Tonya (Larry) Dekoekkoek, grandson; Joshua Dekoekkoek, and sister; Patsy (Colin) Salyer.

In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by two sisters; Peggy and Shirley.
Graveside services for Milla will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Eden Township Cemetery in Iron with Pastor Joe Hilyard officiating.
