Obituary for Wilbur Leroy Zupin
Wilbur Leroy Zupin, Age 81 of Brethren died at his home on Sunday, March 3, 2019.
He was born on January 18, 1938 in Manistee, MI the son of the late Morley J. & Elizabeth (Brandt) Zupin. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1961-1963. He married Ruth Emily Kruse on September 12, 1959 at the Methodist Church in Manistee.
Wilbur was a farmer as well as having owned and operated Zupin Trucking.
Survivors include his wife: Ruth E. Zupin of Brethren, five children; Wayne (Pam) Zupin of Bear Lake, Daniel Zupin, Cindy Ferguson of Delton, MI, Gretchen Shubitowski of Manistee, & Letha (Scott) Harnick of Kaleva, 12 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, & his sister; Mary Zuchowski of Manistee.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Manistee with Pastor John Scott officiating. Military Honors by the Manistee United Veterans Council Honor Guard will follow.
The family will be at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service to receive friends.
