Thomas Layton Knox, Age 71 of Manistee, Michigan died Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at his home.
He was born on January 20, 1947 in Benton Harbor, Michigan the son of the late Taylor Marshall & Charlotte Loretta (Davis) Knox. He served as a corporal in the United States Marines during Vietnam. He had been employed as a plumber.
Survivors include his fiancee’: Linda Barr, daughters; Marcia (Philip) Carroll & Leah Knox, sons; thomads (Hannah) Knox II & Clifford (Florence) Knox, stepdaughter; Sarah Nichols, stepson; Samuel Loubert, 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, brother; David Knox, sister-in-law; Judy Anderson, and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers; Marshall & Richard Knox, a sister; Erla Perry, and step-daughter; Suzette Demond.
