Wendy Christine Bowling, Age 65 of Manistee died Friday, November 23, 2018 at her home.
She was born on May 2, 1953 in Frankfort the daughter of the late Dean Kenneth Klingelsmith and Ruth Louise (Soper) Klingelsmith – Wilson. She was a graduate of Brethren High School Class of 1971. She married Robert Lee Bowling on August 25, 1985 in Brethren.
Locally she had been employed at Custom Packaging, K-Mart, and the Little River Casino. She enjoyed watching sports, especially activities involving her family.
Survivors in include her husband; Robert Lee Bowling of Manistee, son: Chad (Andrea) Dorn of Manistee, step-children; Ed (Jean) Bowling and Kim (Jim) Lipps of Battle Creeks, and Jim (Kim) Bowling of Middleville, grandchildren; Erin & TJ Dorn and numerous step-grandchildren, brother; Jake (Marie) Klingelsmith of Brethren, sister; Kathy Klingelsmith of Wisconsin, nieces, nephews, and her step-father; Robert Wilson of Brethren.
Per Wendy’s wishes no services are being held. Memorials in her name may be directed to the Manistee Chippewa 350 Club.
