Lillian Metty, 75, of Honor, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2018 at home surrounded by family. She was born on Feb. 12, 1943 to John and Marion Fisk in Manistee.
Lillian attended Onekama High School.
She was a retired seamstress who could fix or create anything. She enjoyed crafting, cooking and gardening. Special memories were made spending time with family and friends at her home on Little Platte Lake.
She will be dearly missed by her children, John Beatty, of Mt. Clemens, Rod-Ric Bjorkquist (Jean Konecki), of Interlochen, Contessa Lopez (Frank Lopez), of Roseville, and Erik Metty, of Frankfort; along with her grandchildren, Sedona Bjorkquist (Catherine Zimmerman), Ty Bjorkquist, Vincent Lopez and Lindsey Lopez; along with siblings, Don Fisk (Brigitte), John Fisk (Dee), Ken (Marie) Fisk, Ardis Wujcikowski (Rich) and Alice Brown.
Lillian was preceded in death by husband, Eldred Metty; and brother, Joseph Fisk (Diane).
A Fisk family reunion/life celebration was held prior to her death on July 28th. Immediate family members attended a burial service and Lillian was laid to rest at Old School Cemetery in Brown Township.
