Diane Sophia Call, Age 69 of Brethren died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital.
She was born on June 7, 1949 in Liege, Belgium the daughter of the late Antoni & Zofia (Michalczyk) Staron. She was a graduate of Warren Fitzgerald High School. On January 21, 1967 she married Jack L. Call in Detroit, Michigan.
Diane enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and gardening. She had a “Green Thumb” and could grow anything.
Survivors include her husband; Jack L. Call of Brethren, two sons; Christon (Pamela Long) Call of Brethren and Matthew Jack (Rebecca Marie) Call of Wellston, four grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, one sister; Christine Lambert of Fraser, & one brother; John Staron of Manistee. Nieces and nephews also survive.
She was also preceded in death by a son; Mark Anthony Call and a grand-daughter; Sierra Rose Dennis.
Funeral Services for Diane S. Call will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Manistee with Father Zeljko Guberovic officiating. Burial will be Tuesday at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township. The family will be at the funeral home on Monday morning from 10:00 AM until time of service to receive friends.
