Obituary for James Gerard Buckingham
James Gerard Buckingham, Age 62 of Manistee died June 21, 2018.
He was born on September 29, 1955 in Manistee, the son of the late Robert W. & Hilda M. (Schimpke) Buckingham. He was a graduate of Manistee High School Class of 1973. He married Susan N. Wabsis on June 25, 2005 in Manistee.
Jim was a laborer employed in the construction trades working out of local labor unions. He enjoyed spending time in the Magoon Creek Area, fishing, & sports. In his younger years he enjoyed working on cars.
He is survived by his wife; Susan N. Buckingham, his son; Dillon Schweitzer of Manistee, two brothers; Robert Buckingham of Manistee & Florida & Phillip (Cathy) Buckingham of Manistee as well as by nieces and nephews.
