Condolences

Condolence From: Deb Hartman
Condolence: Chan was such a sweet kind person and a long time friend of mine. Met him at the race track and he was also a very good friend of my next door Max. Chan would come over to our campfires in Silver Lake frequently and he was always the first person to arrive at our annual outdoors New Years Eve party. I will miss his smile and his big bear hugs he always gave me every time he seen me. He will be greatly missed by me and so many others. Deb Hartman

Condolence: I went to school with Chan, we met again about 6 years ago at karaoke. Chan loved to sing 70's style music and loved to get the ladies on the dance floor. He will be greatly missed by all of us. I do have a video of him singing "Taking Care of Business" by BTO and the dance floor doing the Gator! He was well loved by the karaoke crowd for always being up beat!

Condolence: We met Chan several years ago, shortly after we bought our summer place, across the street from him. He was a good neighbor, and a good man. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
