Condolence: Being my next door neighbor, it was convenient to grab a couple of beers and sit and complain to each other. We spent a lot of time doing that. One day, the neighbor's dogs started barking. Lowell started barking back. "Lowell, knock it off or they'll just keep going", I said. Sure enough, they barked all afternoon. I thanked him around 6PM while the dogs were still barking and he laughed. I'll miss him.

Condolence: My sympathy to Lowell's family who knew their dad to be a world class teaser, like his father before him. Lowell was a bit ahead of me at St. Mary's High School so my memories go way back. We had a chance to visit last year when we attended his sister Gwen's birthday party. His teasing peppered the gathering with fun. Wonderful memories of a wonderful man. Eternal peace to you, Lowell and blessings to you family.
