Richard “Rick” L. Blain, 56, of Fountain, passed away on January 1, 2018.
Rick was born on October 24, 1961, in Kalamazoo, the son of Richard and Evelyn (Bargo) Blain. He could often be found tinkering around, building things and fixing whatever needed to be fixed. Rick loved the outdoors, having fun with his friends, and driving around in his golf cart.
Rick is survived by his wife of 15 years, Cindy Campbell Blain; mother, Evelyn (Dick Andrysiak) Blain; father, Richard (Naomi) Blain; siblings, Colleen (Steve) Bowker and Robb (Jana) Blain; nephews, Brian (Mindy) Johnson, Robb Blain, and Logan and Taylor Pedersen; niece, Lorin Blain; parents-in-law, Carol and Alan Campbell; sister-in-law, Donna-Jean (Steve) Pedersen; brother-in-law, Robert Campbell; best friend, Mike Vigansky; and his beloved dog-kid, Dakota.
Rick was preceded in death by his grandparents, LeRoy and Elenore Bargo; best friend, Bill Canton; and dog-kids, Misha, Bear, Shiloh, Tater, and Tot.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
