Jay Phillip Cutter, age 38, of Manistee, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Jay was born on April 19, 1980 in Grand Rapids, the son of Larry and Terri (Leng) Cutter. After graduating from Ludington High School in 1999, he earned his real estate license and owned several rental properties in Manistee. Jay made many good friends, with bonds starting in elementary school continuing throughout his life.
Jay is survived by his parents, Larry and Terri Cutter; brother, Troy (Kira) Cutter; grandmother, Darlene Leng; girlfriend, Mandy Wagner; and other family members. Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Les and Dorothy Cutter and Jack Leng.
