Obituary for Jay Phillip Cutter
Jay is survived by his parents, Larry and Terri Cutter; brother, Troy (Kira) Cutter; grandmother, Darlene Leng; girlfriend, Mandy Wagner; and other family members. Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Les and Dorothy Cutter and Jack Leng.
A Celebration of Life will be held on July 1st from 1 pm to 3 pm at Jayʼs house: 3085 River Rd, Manistee, MI. Please share your fond memories and photos of Jay at www.OakGroveFH.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Ludington.
