Condolence: Helen became a dear friend of my Mom and I while my Mom was at Oakview. Upon my Mom’s passing this time last year, Helen was always there for me getting me through the rough times. She always inspired me to do my best and supported me in good times and bad. We shared many things including that her name Helen Nelson was also my grandmother’s name and she was also from Chicago. I have a brother named Bruce Nelson, just like Helen’s husband Bruce and we also share the same birthdate, July 30th. We were destined to be kindred spirits.I loved her very much and will truly miss the times that we shared together. Rest In Peace my friend. Pamela Nelson Lorenz
