Robert Roy Pearson, age 74, of Baldwin passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018. He was born February 29, 1944 in Pontiac to James and Betty (Hayman) Pearson.
Robert attended Pontiac Central High School. He enlisted in the US Navy and served his country for four years. After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Robert enlisted in the US Army and served for three years.
Robert lead an interesting life. He had many jobs and was self employed. He was an active member of the VFW and American Legion.
Robert is survived by his siblings, Peggy (Jim) Perry, Cathy Tulk, Barb Bennett, Susan Woods, James (Liz) Pearson, Donna Purdy, Dave (Julie) Parrott, and Carol (John ) Rhines, and close friend Lisa Penney.
Robert was preceded in death by his step mother, Leone Pearson and brothers, Michael Pearson and Daniel Parrott.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service is being planned for a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Oak Grove Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Ludington.
