Condolence: I loved Uncle Leo (Popeye) so much. Growing up and seeing him often was always a happy and joyful time for me. My heart goes out to his kids & family. He was loved by so many, and will always be remembered and missed.

Condolence: Uncle Leo will be missed dearly, I know we have talked about how many summers we spent at the property and him and Aunt Joy made a trip every morning to come visit us out at the property. We had many memories at the Property and then we started spending the weekends camping out at his house. We had many cups of coffee, cards and oh the stories around the campfires! There are so many memories made over the years. He was a great husband, father, brother and Uncle, we all will miss him dearly. But the Lord called him home it was his turn to receive eternal life and that meant he would be reconnected to the love of his life, siblings and parents. May you rest in peace Uncle Leo. To the family I'm sending prayers for strength and peace. Gone but never forgotten, Much Love

Condolence: Dear Patti, and all of Cowles family: So sorry to learn of Leo's passing but know that he is with his Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ & suffers no more. I worked with Leo at the Road Commission and have many great memories of our euchre games at each others homes on weekends and how Joy was always overjoyed when she beat him at cards. A devout Christian man, he loved the Lord, the one outstanding trait I will always remember him for. Rest in Peace dear friend as you begin your new journey. God's blessings to all.
