Condolence: The name Phoebe “bright one” fit her well, as she was definitely a bright light, that will be missed, and I am so very thankful that I got to know her - she was a blessing to my daughter and me when she was our neighbor, and even after we had moved away. I admired her and loved her – she was truly a special person. My deepest sympathies to Phoebe's loved ones, her children, and grandchildren at this difficult time of loss.
