Butch Cooper, age 70, of Ludington, peacefully passed away on October 28, 2016 at the Oakview Medical Care Facility in Ludington.
He was born on October 18, 1946 to the late Emmit and Grace (Underwood) Cooper. He attended Twin Lakes Schools. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and woodworking.
Butch is survived by his son: Aaron (Angela) Cooper; Daughter: Brenda (Mel) Gilman; step-son: Christopher Coleman; grandchildren: Chloe and Brayden Cooper, Brad, Melyssa and Typhannie Gilman, Jamie and Jordan Best, and Mike Henderson; three great grandchildren; sisters: Sharon Smith and Janet Grennell.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
A memorial service will be held at the Hamlin Township Hall on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 3:00 P.M.
Memorial contributions in memory of Butch may be directed to his family. Flowers may be delivered directly to the Hamlin Township Hall.
