Richard Joseph Golembiewski, age 72 of Manistee died Tuesday morning July 12, 2016 at his home.
He was born on December 23, 1943 in Manistee the son of the late Joseph and Sophie (Skipski) Golembiewski. He attended Saint Joseph Grade School and was a 1962 graduate of Manistee High School.
He was self- employed working in the construction field. He also had been employed as a Harley Davidson mechanic at H.W. Brown in Manistee and Cupps Harley Davidson in Saginaw. He loved motorcycles and cars.
Survivors include his sister; Rogene Feliczak of Manistee, his brother; James (Diane) Golembiewski of Manistee, niece; Shirley Feliczak, nephews; Michael & Gary Feliczak and Jeremy & Jamie Golembiewski, great nieces and nephews; Ben, Justin, Rylee, Brenden, Tyler, & Kirsten.
He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law; Ted Feliczak.
Memorial Services for Richard Golembiewski will be held Monday, July 18, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Manistee with Father Richard Schaeffer officiating. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until time of service.
